We have 2 bed council flat with right to buy in Epping (Essex).
Quiet area with friendly neighbours and surrounded by greenery.
Flat is fully double glazed and centrally heated, it has recently been decorated to a high standard, and with new kitchen.
Close to all amenities, with Epping town just a 5-10 minute walk away, bus stop 2 minutes walk away, also excellent links into London via Epping train station (central line) just 15 minutes walk away and also theres the other option of the M11 that is just 5 minutes drive away.
We are looking for a 2-3 bed house with garden, as our 4 year old daughter desperatly needs a garden.
